When you enroll in the monthly payment plan, a one-time debit shall be made automatically to cover the application fee of $60 and any past due payment(s). This will only occurr in the month you enroll. If you enroll after the 1st of the month, then your past due amount will debit on the 10th, 15th, or 20th of the month.
